Al adquirir un inmueble aquí en la Ribera Maya,
notaba publicidad poco clara, o simplemente omitían información.
Frases como...a unos pasitos de la playa. ¿A cuantos pasitos?
A 5 minutos la playa. ¿En qué medio de transporte?
Sumado a malas experiencias hace varios años al adquirir un terreno
en la ciudad de Villahermosa Tabasco México, por conducto de un conocido desde la escuela secundaria, y no podía entregarme mi terreno y no me devolvía mi dinero.
Terminamos en un juicio largo
y...me pagó.
A mi me gustaría saber
la garantía en estructuras y equipamiento,
los coeficientes de construcción permitidos.
¿El drenaje está conectado a los servicios
municipales del gobierno o tienen fosa séptica?
¿En qué tiempo entregarán el régimen de condominio cuando compras en Preventa?
¿Realizaron estudios de mecánica de suelos?
Así entonces decidí iniciar es este ramo con transparencia y profesionalismo,
