TRUST FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE IN MEXICO.

This is a contract by which a person (individual or legal entity) hands over ownership of their assets or rights to a trust institution.

This institution undertakes to manage the assets or rights received, with a purpose previously specified by the person contracting the services. This purpose may range from protecting these assets to receiving funding for a project.

 

QUICK AND EASY REQUIREMENTS

Documentation.

We provide this advisory service FREE of charge throughout the entire process.

1.-SRE Permit:

Request authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2.-RFC and CURP:

Process a Federal Taxpayer Registration (RFC) with the SAT.

Process a Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).

3.-Immigration Permit:

A valid immigration document issued by the National Migration Institute (INM) is required.

The Trust is required by law; however, the trust also protects the property in the event of legal claims or inheritances.

One-time payment for the entire duration of the Trust's use.

Includes payment and processing.

$400.00 USD Admission and Trust Structure. Single payment.

$450.00 USD Annual Payment each year.

FIDEICOMISO PARA COMPRAR INMUEBLES MÉXICO.​

Es un contrato mediante el cual una persona (física o moral),  entrega la propiedad de sus bienes o derechos a una institución fiduciaria. Esta institución se compromete a la administración de esos bienes o derechos recibidos, con un objetivo previamente indicado por la persona que contrata los servicios, y que puede ser desde proteger este patrimonio, hasta recibir dinero en financiamiento para un proyecto.

​​REQUISITOS RÁPIDOS Y SENCILLOS 

Documentación.

Nosotros brindamos este Servicio de asesoría SIN COSTO en todo el proceso.

1. Permiso de la SRE: 

   Solicitar Autorización ante la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores.                                 

2. RFC y CURP: 

   Tramitar un Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) ante el SAT,                                Tramitar Clave Única de Registro de Población (CURP). 

3. Permiso Migratorio:

   Se necesita un documento migratorio vigente expedido por el Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM). 

​​El Fideicomiso es requisito de ley,  sin embargo el fideicomiso protege también el Inmueble  en caso de reclamos judiciales o Herencias,

Pago por única vez durante todo el tiempo de uso del Fideicomiso. Incluye pago y el trámite.
